RCMP Logo VehicleA 65-year-old Dauphin man was assaulted when two suspects broke into his home earlier this month.

Manitoba RCMP say it happened on October 16 at around 1:50 a.m. Two suspects forced their way through a door and injured the man, sending him to hospital. He was treated and released.

The two suspects are described as aboriginal in appearance and approximately 6’0″ tall with slender builds. They were both wearing hooded jackets — one grey and the other in black.

“This appears to be an isolated incident,” said S/Sgt. Nolan Suss with Dauphin RCMP. “We are asking anyone with information to contact us.”
