Winnipeg Art Gallery
The Winnipeg Art Gallery will get visitors into the Christmas spirit at its annual Holiday Party on Sunday, December 4.
The free afternoon is a family-friendly time with a host of games, music, hot chocolate and cookies. WAG elves will be on hand to help guests create their own artful holiday decorations and cards.
Those in attendance can also try their luck at winning tickets to the Royal Winnipeg Ballet’s production of “Nutcracker.”
“The WAG’s Holiday Party is a wonderful opportunity to spend time with your family in a festive atmosphere,” said Rachel Baerg, WAG head of education. “We invite the community to make this joyful event part of their family’s holiday tradition.”
The party runs from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Visitors are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to donate to Winnipeg Harvest.
