WINNIPEG — More skating trails have opened at The Forks, providing additional ice for skaters to blow off some steam.

The canopy rink opened earlier this week, but officials have now opened approximately 1 km of on-land trails in front of the Festival Park Stage and the toboggan hill.

Ice skate rentals are available inside The Forks for $5 (adults) and $3 (kids and seniors).

Arctic Glacier Winter Park attractions are free and will be open as they become available from now until March, weather permitting.

Current conditions will be updated on TheForks.com/skate.
