Manitoba Hydro is cutting power to sections of Elmwood and Point Douglas on Wednesday, December 21.
Beginning at 5 a.m., approximately 2,073 customers will be affected by the roughly 30-minute outage.
The scheduled outage is to move hydro service to the new Martin Avenue Substation, meant to prevent a sudden future, prolonged outage.
