WINNIPEG — Five recruits have committed to the Manitoba Bison women’s volleyball team for 2017-18.

The Herd introduced the group on Monday, comprised of outside/middle hitter Laura Hill (St. Mary’s Academy), setter Kelsey Jordan (Vincent Massey), left side hitter Sydney Kurth (Glenlawn Collegiate), libero Sydney Michalyshen (Oak Park High School) and outside hitter Ayiya Ottogo.

The five 17-year-olds will suit up for the Brown and Gold under longtime head coach Ken Bentley, who is currently on a one-year sabbatical.
