WINNIPEG — An arrest has been made two months after a fatal shooting in the area of Donald Street and Stradbrook Avenue.
Theodoros Belayneh, 32 of Edmonton, died after he was shot while inside a vehicle on November 26, 2016. Another man was also taken to hospital in critical condition, but survived.
Paige Crossman, 23, has been charged with first-degree murder, attempted murder, possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, trafficking in a controlled substance and possessing proceeds of crime.
The suspect remains in custody.
Police continue to investigate.
