The Independent Investigation Unit of Manitoba is probing allegations a man was assaulted by Brandon police.
The IIU was notified on April 10 of the alleged assault, said to have taken place on April 6.
The IIU says it’s unclear which police service, if any, is involved at this time. The investigation is in its early stages.
