Rail Yard Fire in The Pas Estimated at $1M in Damage

A fire at the Hudson Bay Railway yard in The Pas, Manitoba is estimated to have caused $1 million in damage.

A stack of rail ties was set ablaze at around 5:40 a.m. Monday.

RCMP believe the fire to be arson and asked anyone with information to contact them at (204) 627-6204.

The investigation is ongoing.
