Brandon police arrested a 26-year-old man Friday morning after he allegedly smashed windows in a parking lot.
Police say the intoxicated suspect smashed out the rear window of a truck and dented it in the 3200 block of Victoria Avenue at around 1:45 a.m.
Officers found the man hiding in a bush nearby and arrested him.

Police then discovered he was also responsible for smashing the window on the front door of a business, but wasn’t able to gain entry. A second vehicle in the same parking lot also had its window smashed and side mirror broken.
A Hartney, Manitoba man has been charged with three counts of mischief to property and was released to appear in court in February.
