A 26-year-old Minnedosa man was arrested by Brandon police Thursday morning after showing signs of impairment.
Officers were out at around 12:40 a.m. when they noticed a driver make a wide turn and driver over the curb on 18th Street North.
Breath samples determined the man was over the legal limit.
He was arrested and released to attend court later this month.
