WINNIPEG — Two people were injured in a shooting early Thursday in the 100 block of Hargrave Street.
Police found a man in his 20s suffering from a lower-body gunshot wound at around 2:15 a.m. Officers provided first aid and applied a tourniquet to the victim, who was taken to hospital in critical condition. He has since been upgraded to stable.
A woman was also found with minor injuries at the scene and taken to hospital in stable condition.
No arrests have been made.
