Elderly Man Dies in Manitoba House Fire

RCMP Logo VehicleAn 85-year-old man was pronounced deceased Tuesday when he was pulled from a burning home in the RM of Roblin.

Firefighters responded to the residence at around 10 a.m. and located the unresponsive victim inside. He was carried out, but attempts to revive him were unsuccessful.

A 58-year-old woman was able to make it out safely. She wasn’t injured.

The cause of the fire has deemed as accidental.
