One man is dead and another in custody following what RCMP call was a disturbance in Winnipegosis on Sunday.
Officers responded at around 11:30 p.m. to find a 37-year-old Camperville man deceased on scene.
Police arrested Spencer Sumner, 25, of Fairford, Manitoba with manslaughter.
