Winnipeg police arrested a man Wednesday night who was hiding a shotgun under his clothing.
Officers came across three males at around 8 p.m. in the area of Aikins Street and Alfred Avenue. As they approached, one of them took off but the two others remained.
Police seized the gun and have charged Kevin Carter Smith, 24, with various weapons-related offences and breaching probation.
He remains in custody.
