Winnipeg Police CrestWINNIPEG — The suspect in a road rage incident last month near the Centennial Concert Hall has turned himself into police.

Justin Peter Karpluk of West St. Paul surrendered to police on Monday.

The 20-year-old is accused of punching a 63-year-old man on January 6 just before midnight. Police say the victim was leaving the venue and attempting to get into the rear seat of an SUV when a white Mercedes Benz was trying to merge through traffic from behind. A man got out of the Mercedes and struck the victim in the upper body.
