WINNIPEG — True North Square has secured MNP LLP as its newest tenant for the downtown mixed-use retail and residential development.
The accounting, tax, and business consulting firm will occupy over two and a half floors in 242 Hargrave Street, the first of four towers to be completed at True North Square.
The office will bring 250 MNP employees downtown to work in the more than 53,000-square-foot space, which will be outfitted with the latest technology, floor to ceiling glass curtainwall, 9’6″ ceiling heights and an environmentally-friendly mechanical system.
“True North Square’s state-of-the-art development demonstrates the commitment of True North Real Estate and passion to Winnipeg and Manitoba,” said Andrew Stibbard, regional managing partner of MNP.
Once completed, True North Square will encompass over one million square feet of office, hotel, residential, retail, parking and public plaza space in four towers.
