Winnipeg police have laid impaired driving charges against a man involved in a collision with a city bus on Thursday.
The two-vehicle crash happened at around 6:45 a.m. at the intersection of Warde Avenue and John Forsyth Road.
Police say the bus was travelling southbound on John Forsyth Road when it was struck by a vehicle travelling westbound on Warde Avenue. The bus driver suffered minor injuries and was sent to hospital in stable condition.
The driver of the second vehicle and his female passenger went to hospital in unstable condition, but were later upgraded to stable.
The 29-year-old driver has been charged with impaired driving and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle. He was released on a promise to appear.
