WINNIPEG — A stretch of Empress Street will be temporarily closed as of noon today until Saturday.
Construction work will close northbound and southbound Empress between Wellington Avenue and Sargent Avenue.
Motorists are advised to use an alternate route and to plan for additional travel time to reach their destinations.
