RCMP have laid charges against a man in Swan River, Manitoba after a death in the community.
A 36-year-old man was found deceased Sunday in a residence at around 11 a.m.
Norman Brass, 42, also from Swan River, has been charged with manslaughter.
He was to appear in Dauphin court on Tuesday.
RCMP continue to investigate.
