The long arm of the law has caught up to a Brandon man, accused of setting fire to a vehicle seven years ago.
Police say they responded to an arson at Governor’s Gate apartments on Regent Crescent on November 7, 2011, where a 2003 Chevrolet Malibu had been burned.
Through a Manitoba Crime Stoppers tip, the investigation led to a 28-year-old man alleged to have started the fire. He was arrested on Monday and later released to appear in court on May 7.
