RCMP in Steinbach are looking for a masked man who stole cash from an A&W in the city last weekend.
A female employee was closing up on March 24 when a man entered and demanded cash. He made off with an undisclosed amount at around 11:30 p.m.
The employee was unharmed and wasn’t threatened. No weapon was used.
RCMP say besides the mask, the man was also wearing a toque. He is described as 5’8″ tall with a slim build, light brown or hazel eyes, and was wearing gloves. He was carrying a black drawstring gym bag.
