Stonewall RCMP have arrested and charged a man with allegedly exposing himself and touching a minor.
Henry “Kelly” Isbister, 80, was arrested on April 13 and charged with sexual interference and sexual assault on a minor.
Police say Isbister exposed himself multiple times to a boy under the age of 16 and also touched the youth.
