Winnipeg police have released surveillance photos of a man who may have information about a serious assault that occurred last week.
The assault happened April 23 at approximately 1 a.m. in the area of Portage Avenue and Balmoral Street.
The man is described as wearing blue jeans, a grey “Thrasher” hoodie and carrying a backpack.
