Winnipeg police took three people into custody Sunday night while making a drugs and weapons bust.
Officers executed a search warrant in the 300 block of Aikins Street, seizing a loaded sawed-off semi-automatic .22 calibre rifle and a 30-round firearm magazine with ammunition.
Police also found 35 ¼-gram pieces of crack cocaine with an estimated street value of $700, as well as 4.14 grams of cocaine worth an estimated $320.
Gerald Macalintal, 29, Jeffrey Russel Sadiua, 21, and a 26-year-old man face several drugs and weapons charges.
The first two men remain in custody, while the unnamed third suspect was released on a promise to appear.
