The Winnipeg Jets have re-signed defenceman Joe Morrow on a one-year contract worth $1 million annually.
Morrow, 25, played 18 games for the Jets and 38 games for the Canadiens in 2017-18 and had 16 points (6G, 10A) and 26 penalty minutes.
The Edmonton native also played six playoff games for Winnipeg and scored the first postseason game-winning goal in franchise history. Morrow has played 121 career games for Winnipeg, Montreal, and the Boston Bruins, recording 25 points (8G, 17A) and 42 PIMs.
