A Brandon woman was arrested Monday after she allegedly hit her boyfriend with a frying pan.
Police say they responded to a domestic incident and learned the man was assaulted with the kitchen utensil, which caused minor injuries.
A 21-year-old woman has been charged with assault with a weapon and was temporarily lodged at the Brandon Correctional Centre. Police say she was intoxicated at the time and later released when sober.
She will appear in court in September.
