Winnipeg police are looking for the driver of a van who fled after striking a four-year-old child on Wednesday.
Police responded to the pedestrian crash at around 8 p.m. in the 400 block of Langside Street.
The child was taken to hospital in stable condition.
The driver briefly stopped, but then left the area. Police were able to locate the abandoned van nearby, but not the driver.
