WINNIPEG — Walmart Canada is making grocery shopping more convenient for its customers by launching grocery pickup at select Manitoba stores.
Beginning August 14, the free service will allow customers to pre-order their groceries on Walmart’s website or through the store’s app. Once an order is complete, it is placed directly into a customer’s vehicle in a designated pickup parking spot at the preferred store.
The minimum order is $50 before taxes.
“Manitobans have been asking for this service and we’re proud to offer it as we continue to improve, expand and grow our services so customers can shop however they want, whenever it’s convenient for them, from wherever they are,” said Daryl Porter, vice-president of omni-channel operations and online grocery, Walmart Canada
