Woman Sexually Assaulted Along Winnipeg River Path

Winnipeg Police CrestAn 18-year-old woman was seriously sexually assaulted Tuesday evening while walking along the river path near Queen Elizabeth Way.

Winnipeg police say at around 5:45 p.m., the victim was approached by two men who pushed her and grabbed her backpack. She was then assaulted.

One of the suspects is described as being in his 30s, with dark skin and approximately 5’10” with short brown hair and a beard. The second man is described as being in his 20s, with light skin and dirty blonde hair.
