Manitoba Liquor Marts
All Winnipeg Liquor Mart locations will be closed on Monday, September 3, but will be operating during extended hours Friday, Saturday and Sunday. For specific hours, visit LiquorMarts.ca/hours.
City of Winnipeg Offices
All civic offices are closed on Labour Day, Monday, September 3, 2018.
Recycling, garbage and yard waste will be collected as normally scheduled on the Labour Day holiday for those with Monday as their collection day.
Brady Road Landfill (commercial customers only)
Monday, September 3 — 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
On Monday, September 3, Winnipeg Transit will operate on a Sunday schedule.
All Winnipeg Public Libraries will be closed on Sunday, September 2 and Monday, September 3. Regular fall/winter hours begin after Labour Day.

Weather permitting, all City of Winnipeg spray pads will be open on Monday, September 3. Operating hours for spray pads are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Animal Services Agency
The Animal Services Agency will be closed on Monday, September 3.
Cemetery grounds at Brookside, St. Vital, and Transcona Cemeteries will be open for visitation from 7 a.m. until 9 p.m. on, Monday, September 3.

The Winnipeg Parking Authority will be closed on Monday, September 3.
All municipal golf courses will be open every day during the long weekend from dawn until dusk, approximately 6 a.m. to sundown.
