Suspects Sought in Attack on Teen in Winnipeg Parking Lot

Winnipeg Police CrestWinnipeg police are appealing to the public for any information that could lead to the capture of two suspects they say attacked a 17-year-old boy on August 29.

The victim was walking in the area of Main Street and Bannerman Avenue at around 11:30 p.m. when he was confronted by two males in a parking lot. Police say he was assaulted and struck in the face with a projectile, which caused serious, life-altering injuries.

The victim was taken to hospital in unstable condition, but has since been upgraded to stable.
