Winnipeg police are appealing to the public for any information that could lead to the capture of two suspects they say attacked a 17-year-old boy on August 29.
The victim was walking in the area of Main Street and Bannerman Avenue at around 11:30 p.m. when he was confronted by two males in a parking lot. Police say he was assaulted and struck in the face with a projectile, which caused serious, life-altering injuries.
The victim was taken to hospital in unstable condition, but has since been upgraded to stable.
