The biggest lottery jackpot in Canadian history is being drawn on Friday, setting a new high for the number of big prizes up for grabs.
The Lotto Max draw includes $113 million in total jackpots. The main jackpot of $60 million is the big draw, with an estimated 53 Maxmillions prizes of $1 million each.
The Western Canada Lottery Corporation says that if a Manitoba resident wins, it will be a record for the province. The last largest-ever jackpot to be won in Manitoba was in 2009, when a couple from Sagkeeng First Nation won $50 million.
Lottery players have until 9:30 p.m. CT on Friday evening to purchase a ticket.
