Once again this week, no winning ticket was sold for the $60 million jackpot in Friday night’s Lotto Max draw. But that doesn’t mean Manitobans didn’t strike it lucky.
Of the 53 Maxmillions prizes of $1 million each, two Winnipeggers both had winning tickets among the 23 that were won. Those prizes will be shared among 39 winning ticket holders across the country, including one more Winnipegger and another ticket purchased somewhere in Manitoba.
The jackpot for the next Lotto Max draw on Oct. 26 will remain at approximately $60 million, but the number of Maxmillions offered will increase to 55.
