The Winnipeg Wesmen are calling on female basketball alumni to return and celebrate the program’s history at the upcoming Wesmen Classic.
The 52nd annual event is December 28-30 and will celebrate the women’s program with as many former players, coaches and staff as possible.
The Wesmen are also specifically looking for members of the 88-win teams of the early 90s to be a part of special festivities honouring that era.
Other ceremonies and celebrations are planned and will be announced in the coming weeks.
