The Winnipeg Goldeyes will open their 2019 season on May 16 against the Texas AirHogs on the road.
The American Association schedule was released Wednesday, placing the Goldeyes away for three games against Texas and another three versus the Cleburne Railroaders until May 22.
The Fish return to Shaw Park for their home opener on May 24 and welcome the visiting defending champion Kansas City T-Bones.
For a second consecutive year, each of the Goldeyes’ 11 league opponents visits Shaw Park for at least one series. Likewise, the Goldeyes will play at least one road series in every opposing ballpark, including brand new Routine Field in Milwaukee.
