The Winnipeg Goldeyes have acquired left-handed pitcher Kylin Turnbull and infielder Kevin Lachance.

Turnbull was 4-4 with a 4.62 ERA in 13 starts last season for the expansion Chicago Dogs. The Seattle, Washington native struck out 40, while walking only eight in 64.1 innings pitched.

Lachance appeared in 37 games last season for the Frontier League’s Lake Erie Crushers before having his campaign cut short in late-June due to injury. The Clifton, Virginia native hit .267 with 16 runs scored, two home runs, 18 RBI, and 10 stolen bases.

The Winnipeg Goldeyes open the 2019 season on May 16 on the road against the Texas AirHogs.
