Brandon police are investigating the theft of several weapons from a local resident’s gun safe.
Police say they responded to a break and enter in the Brentwood Village Trailer Court on Monday evening. The resident reported that between Saturday night and Monday, someone broke in and swiped five rifles, two shotguns, two handguns, a crossbow and multiple knives and swords.
Police are continuing to investigate the theft.
