Winnipeg firefighters tackled a blaze at a home in the 700 block of Stella Avenue on Friday night, but had to vacate due to unsafe conditions.
The one and a half storey residence was empty at the time and crews launched a defensive attack using an aerial ladder.
No injuries were reported in the fire.
The cause remains under investigation and no damage estimates are available.
