WINNIPEG — Ground has been broken on a new 398-unit apartment community in Winnipeg’s Sage Creek neighbourhood.
Latitude 49 will be a six-building development and include a mix of micro-units, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites located along Sage Creek Boulevard and Burning Glass Road.
The properties will consist of one six-storey and four four-storey apartment buildings.
Deveraux Group of Companies is the developer behind the project and says Latitude 49 will offer luxury apartment living with an array of on-site amenities, such as a resident clubhouse with study area, games room, package delivery lockers, commercial grade fitness centre, outdoor swimming pool, barbeques and fire pits.

Latitude 49 will offer a mix of underground parking, as well as surface parking with carports. The first buildings will open in the summer of 2020, with the full complex set to be complete in the summer of 2021.
