Winnipeg Crime Stoppers is doubling the cash reward offered for information leading to police solving meth-related crimes.
Effective immediately and until the end of February, cash rewards of up to $2,000 will be offered.
Crime Stoppers says they recognize Winnipeg is currently experiencing a major crisis associated with crimes related to the use of ?meth? on city streets.
Now in its 35th year, Winnipeg Crime Stoppers has removed more $87.7 million in illegal drugs from the hands of criminals with the help of Winnipeg police.
