Three Arrested in Thompson After RCMP Discover Oxycodone Stash

Three people have been arrested after a traffic stop in Thompson, Manitoba led to the seizure of more than 1,400 oxycodone pills.

RCMP in the community pulled over the vehicle on February 22 and located a number of pills. They later searched a home on Juniper Drive in Thompson and found the remainder of the haul.

Matthew Delaronde, 29, has been charged with drug-related offences, while charges are pending against a 48-year-old woman and 26-year-old man.

RCMP continue to investigate.
