A sure sign spring is on the way can be measured by when Winnipeg lifts its annual snow route parking ban.
The ban was lifted at 7:01 a.m. Thursday, which prohibited parking between 2-7 a.m. on designated snow routes.
The city doesn’t have any other winter parking bans in place at this time.
