An inmate from Stony Mountain Institution has died while in custody.
Prison officials say Timothy Koltusky, 34, died on Tuesday while serving a two-year, 11-month sentence for breach of long term supervision.
Koltusky had been serving time since January 23, 2018.
The inmate’s next of kin have been notified of his death.
The Correctional Service Canada continues to investigate.
