A Hazmat team also attended, along with two transit buses to temporarily house evacuated residents.

Officers seized various pieces of lab equipment, a pressure cooker, a chemical suit with gloves, and a self-contained breathing apparatus. Precursor chemicals in the suite included Drano, acid, and red phosphorus. Numerous samples have been sent to Health Canada for analysis. All potentially toxic substances were safely removed and the suite was secured.

Conal Patrick Moran, 29, faces numerous charges and remains in custody.
