Two men were arrested and charged Monday after Brandon police discovered an SKS-style rifle while executing a search warrant.
Officers were at a home in the 700 block of 7th Street when they located the firearm, along with brass knuckles. The police emergency response team was called in as a precaution.
A 29-year-old Brandon man and 29-year-old Rapid City man have been charged with multiple weapons offences.
They are scheduled to appear in Brandon court today.
