The Assiniboine Park Conservancy has put the call out for 150 volunteer positions to help in a variety of roles in the park and zoo this summer.

APC is looking for people with a variety of skill sets and interests as part of the search.

“Volunteers are an essential part of our team, and perform a wide variety of roles throughout the Park and Zoo,” said Shaun Leonoff, manager, volunteer resources. “Our volunteers create memorable experiences for visitors every day while spending time outdoors enjoying the beauty of the park and zoo.”

Volunteer positions are open to anyone aged 16 and older, with the exception of the Zoo Camp Crew which is open to youth 14 and older.

Current volunteer opportunities include:

  • Ambassadors
  • Interpreters
  • Visitor Services Concierge
  • Special Events Assistants
  • Zoo Camp Crew

The deadline to apply is May 31, 2019. Visit assiniboinepark.ca/volunteers or email [email protected].
