A Winnipeg man has died in a head-on collision with a semi-trailer truck on Highway 3.
Police say the crash happened at around 2:15 p.m. Thursday at Road 38 W in the RM of Macdonald.
The semi was travelling northbound on Highway 3 when the car travelling south crossed the centre line and collided head-on with the truck.
The driver of the car was pronounced deceased at the scene. The 41-year-old Brandon man driving the semi wasn’t injured.
Police say it’s unknown if alcohol or drugs were factors in the crash. Headingley RCMP continues to investigate.
