Winnipeg police have charged a man they say was impaired when a two-vehicle crash occurred April 29 that injured the other driver.
The accident happened on April 29 at the intersection of Roblin Boulevard and Dale Boulevard between a car and a pickup truck.
The 66-year-old male driver in the car sustained life-altering injuries, according to police.
Keenan Shuvera, 19, has been charged with driving while impaired causing bodily harm and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
He was released on a promise to appear.
