The Winnipeg Police Service is asking the public to help solve a Winnipeg homicide.
On Sunday, June 2 around 4:30 a.m., Justin Silicz was with two adults. The three adults became involved in an altercation between three males around Arlington Street and McDermot Avenue area. The altercation continued as the groups moved to Winnipeg Avenue between Arlington Avenue and Tecumseh Street.
Due to the altercation, 32-year-old Silicz suffered serious injuries which caused his death.
The Winnipeg Police are looking for three suspects.
One suspect is described as a black male in his mid-20s who is 6′ tall with a slim build. He was dressed in red clothing.
The two other suspects are males with a darker complexion. Both were dressed in dark clothing. All three suspects left the scene on foot and headed east on Winnipeg Avenue.
Investigators are asking residents and businesses in the area to review security systems for possible video of the altercation.
