A 15-year-old boy was killed Sunday evening when the dirt bike he was driving collided with a train in the RM of Springfield.
The collision happened shortly before 6 p.m. at the railway crossing on Spruce Road north of Oakwood Road.
Police say the dirt bike was heading northbound on Spruce Road at the time when it collided with the eastbound train.
The Oakbank teen was pronounced deceased at the scene.
RCMP are continuing to investigate.
